Fish & herbs stew , Ghalieh mahi
Ghalieh mahi is a Dish,origins from south of Iran, where I have traveled twice. A beautiful place with a warm or hot climate and welcoming, friendly people.
Years ago back home, I used to cook this quick version of my own recipe with the same variation of green vegetables called for ghormeh sabzi stew.Now here in Canada, I sometimes Ibuy a pakage of (ghormeh sabzi) dried herbs and use it along with some fresh parsley and cilantro for cooking this stew…..read more
